Management Team
Riverside Tree and Landscape will be run with a strategic management team with over 80 years of combined management and landscaping experience to include Mark Levine-President, Harry Wildman-Vice President Sales, Dan Boudreau-Vice President Operations and Ron Roy Vice President Design.
Harry Wildman
Mr. Wildman founded the business in 1977 and expanded the business to include landscape design, construction, maintenance, and snow removal, serving residential and commercial clients across New England. Previous to joining Riverside, Mr. Wildman worked at Lowden Tree and Landscape, and served as Vice President of Wildman Landscape Inc. Coupled with his Riverside experience he has a cumulative 37 years of industry experience. He is a Massachusetts certified arborist (MCA), and has achieved national designation as a certified landscape professional (CLP). He is currently a member of the board for the Massachusetts 4-H Foundation. In 1988 Mr. Wildman was awarded the National Landscape Award from Nancy Reagan. As an active member of the Boston Urban Stewards and Youth Build Boston organizations Mr. Wildman hosts an annual “shadow day” at Riverside to help expose urban youth to careers in agriculture and landscape. He received an Associates Degree in marketing and management from Bryant and Stratton College in 1970.
Mark Levine
Mr. Levine has served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for TD Rowe Amusements for the past six years. He has developed an extensive customer service and business management background with over twenty years of senior management experience. Mr. Levine is a consummate business leader with expert qualifications in identifying and capturing market opportunities in order to accelerate expansion, increase revenues and improve profit contributions for numerous business partners. As a senior management team member at TD Rowe Mr. Levine led the restructuring and standardization of sixteen operating facilities for the national business operations of the 65 million per year TD Rowe Amusements and developed and planned new operating procedures, policies and programs to ensure consistency and the financial integrity throughout the organization. Mr. Levine has resided in Houston Texas for the past 6 years and he received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts.
Ronald Roy
Mr. Roy has been in the Landscape and Tree design industry for over 37 years. Originally, he started with the Earle Mosher Company through 1983, and then he developed his own landscape maintenance and design operation until he merged his company with Riverside Tree and Landscape. Mr. Roy currently holds a Massachusetts Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicators License and Mauget Certified Applicator. He graduated the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor degree in environmental design and a Associate degree in Landscape Operation from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture.
Brian Mandeville
As the director of business development for Riverside Tree and Landscape, Mr. Mandeville is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic processes to improve business efficiencies, ensures quality deliverables to the client, build client relationships, and motivate and train employees. In addition to earning his Bachelors of Science in Management from Quinnipiac University, Brian has a proven record of accomplishments, earning his way through "green industry" ranks, beginning in 1999 at Roberto and Sons Landscaping and Irrigation, as "Chief Hole Digger". Mr. Mandeville brings this tactical insight to Riverside Tree and Landscape to develop business goals.
Bill Koffinke
As irrigation and lighting manager, has over 20 years of irrigation and landscaping experience. He has completed a program in Arizona to become a Certified Irrigation Contractor and a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor. Yearly, he participates in courses throughout the country to expand his knowledge and techniques in this field. He is a respected and well known person in the irrigation field who has consulted on some of the largest commercial irrigation jobs in the Northeast. Some of his experience included managing the day to day operations of the largest irrigation company in New England. His peers feel that he is an expert in wire tracking and design of irrigation systems. He has certificates in Nightscape Design, Installation, and Advanced Troubleshooting. He comes to Riverside to expand and enhance the Irrigation and Lighting Division.
Alton Cole
Alton Cole has been in the lawn and landscape industry for over 24 years. He originally started as a turf specialist with Chemlawn in the mid-eighties. Mr. Cole currently holds a Massachusetts Department of Agriculture license in both turf and shade trees. He has graduated from both the Univeristy of Massachusetts Green School for Landscape Management and the UMASS Winter School for Turf Managers.
Alan Burke
Alan is a graduate of the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at University Of Massachusetts Amherst. He has owned his own landscape business for 20 years prior to joining the Riverside team as an Account Manager bringing his experience in the landscape management of large commercial properties and landscape design.
